Rental Fees for Facilities

All fees exclude VAT. Fees are subject to change. Not rented facilities can be rented by other parties.


  • Set-up and dismantling days: 50% of rental fee of the 1st day
  • Half-day rental fee: 50% of rental fee of the 1st day (max. 4 hours of room occupation)

Services Included in the Rental Fee

  • Rental of the facilities
  • Initial room set-up (first seating arrangement)
  • Lights, electricity (excl. extraordinary usage), heating, air conditioning, standard cleaning, ice rink coverage

Standard Set-Up: Seminar (incl. in rental fee)

  • Projection screen (2.40 × 2.40 m)
  • 1 overhead projector or beamer
  • Flip chart or white board
  • Internal telephone connection for support

Standard Set-Up: Conference Hall (incl. in rental fee)

  • Projection screen
  • 3 beamers, 6000 Ansi
  • 1 speaker’s desk
  • Microphones (3 headsets or hand held microphones)
  • Music system with CD/DVD player
