There is much to discover and explore on the theme trails in and around Arosa. Hiking and learning are combined playfully. Feed the cute little animals on the Squirrel Trail or learn other interesting facts about fauna and flora, the surroundings of Arosa or even the solar system.

Squirrel Trail

On the well-known squirrel trail, children can feed the cute animals by hand and solve puzzles along the way.


Along this trail, you have the opportunity to discover the shown habitats "live" and to learn exciting things about rocks and adaptable plants. A great way to rediscover the beauty of nature.

Path of the Planets

Go on a wonderful hike from the sun to Pluto across our entire solar system. When on this planetary path, on a scale of 1: 2.8 billion, you will learn the secrets of our solar system and get to know the impressive proportions of our universe.

Nature Trail Isel

Would you like to learn more about the interesting history of the water and electricity supply of Arosa, or would you like to discover the mysterious botanical and geological diversity of the region on your own? Then follow the nature trail through the Isel to the Altein waterfall and back to the reservoir. This is also possible in bad and wet weather.

Path of the Legends

An enchanted castle goes down with its inhabitants because of lightning and thunder. Mysterious, tormented sighs are heard night after night from the Urdenalp. And two lovers are frozen in the gods' laureate on Carmennapass. There are several legends which can be discovered on a hike around Arosa.

Educational Trail "Conservation.Forest.Man"

On this trail you come into contact with the most important aspects of the two leitmotifs "world in motion" and "move the world". The interactive panels guides you step by step towards the subject matter and invites you to judge, to reason and to observe.

10-Lakes Fun

Discover ten mountain lakes in Arosa and let yourself be enchanted by the mysterious and relaxing depths. The varied hike can be completed optimally over several days and leads through the versatile leisure area of ​​Arosa.
Write down the number of each lake and win a little souvenir.

Maran Garden

Discover the diversity of the Bündner flora during a guided visit through the Maran Garden. During the summer months, a guided tour takes place every Tuesday at 2.30 pm.

Meeting point is the bus stop Maran. The tour is free, a registration is not required.
