Sustainability

The holiday destination Arosa takes protecting the environment seriously. Accordingly, we are committed to environmentally friendly leisure activities. On arrival and on the spot, you can easily reach the public transport network. In summer as well as in winter you can find a variety of leisure activities which do not burden nature.

For environmental and climate protection efforts, Arosa has been included in the Alpine Pearls - an honor and a promise at the same time.

Power stations

Since the middle of July 2016, a power station has been opened in the Brüggli car park, which can charge two vehicles simultaneously with up to 22 kW. In addition to electric cars, e-scooters and e-bikes can also be connected. The electricity is sponsored by the municipality and is free until further notice, only the normal parking fee has to be paid.
In addition, the hotels Blatter's Bellavista Hotel, Sunstar Alpine Hotel Arosa, Hotel Arlenwald and Tschuggen Grand Hotel offer power stations in their garages. The locations, as well as opening times and costs for non-hotel guests are shown here.

Regional Products

Many restaurants in Arosa offer culinary delicacies with products from the region. In the autumn, for example, you can enjoy game specialties from the local hunt, in the winter a fondue with cheese from the dairy, or simply the crisp bread from one of our two bakeries. Of course you will also find many regional products to take home with you in our villages.
